TRX Flys (5 sec negative)8,8,8,8,max--here is the max set

These really are really a great isolator assuming you have the strength and mind muscle connection

Rear Delt Cable Fly----Many sets of 12 as possible no rest (except alternate side) hit 6 sets

Face Pulls--3 sets of 15

Lateral Raise Cable--Many sets of 12 as possible no rest (except alternate side) hit 8 sets

chest Supported Row---Loaded on 8 plates did each to failure (only rest racking weight)

Wide Grip Pull ups 3 sets of 8

TRX Triceps On knees (30 sec emphasizing stretch)

FELT GREAT!
