Work up to a baseline 5 reps with a double overhand grip

Then cut the weight by 50% and do 3 sets of 10 reps

45 degree Back Ext: 3x10

Row: Concept II Rowing Erg  x15 minutes

 

Sprint:

Warm up: 10x10 yards

Power Skip: 10x10 yards

Run: 10x50 yards @90%
