What do you tell yourself daily?  Whatever you are saying becomes your reality.  For this reason alone I avoid saying "No" if I can get away with it.

I tell people what I WANT them to do, so they can do it.  I've found that if I tell them "Don't do..." the first thing they actually do is what I just told then NOT to do.

What you say to yourself can either lift you up, or bring you down.

Your choice:

Getting stronger or being miserable and staying weaker.

It really does matter, since it requires about the same amount of effort!

 

Today's Training:

Dynamic Box Squat:  12x2@ the weight you used for your 10 reps last week, PLUS 10 pounds.

Example: If you used 215 pounds for the five sets of 10, use 225 for your 10 sets of 2.

Rep Squat: 3x10 at the SAME weight you just used.

Box Step Ups: 3x10 each leg.  Make it ballistic

Leg Curl: 3x10
