We had gotten away with a day dedicated to conditioning. Remember folks, it's "Strength AND Conditioning". So, back in it went.
There is nothing like the site of a group of people sweating their ever-loving heads off while panting like a hot scene in a porno movie. *Not that I would know anything about that...
Combine that with a cornucopia of abdominal work, this will show up a day or two later when the participant either sneezes, laughs, or sits up.
This is GLORIOUS!
Today's Training:
Run: Sprints: 10x100 yards
Cycle: Commute
Concept II Row: 5 minutes steady followed by 12x 15/45. (15 seconds all-out sprint followed by a 45-second recovery stroke)
AirDyne Bike: 7 mins legs only; 7 mins legs and arms; 7 mins arms only
Windshield Wipers: 3x10
Hyvk Truck Pendulums: 3x10
Ab Wheel: 3x10
Cycle: Commute
and now I am eating for time. I think I'll chow for about 56 minutes. haha
