This is a great follow up to THIS post made on the 8th.

Be careful what you wish for as you might just get it. Be mindful of who you are with regard to who you want to become.

QUESTIONS

Do you look around at others and wish you had what they have?

Do you wonder why you don’t when you know you’ve worked harder and longer for it?

Does it upset you that life’s not fair?

Do you want people to stop messing with you, hating, or not respecting you?

Do the smallest things set you off? Does anybody 'get' you?

Do you spend too much time just wondering WTF?

Are you too fat, too small, too weak, or just sick of your own crap?

Do you make up your own crap just so you have a problem to deal with and complain about?

Do you not want to get out of bed in the morning and wish you had more motivation?

Do you wonder how everyone else seems to be more motivated and get more done than you?

Have you ever had a big decision to make that just drives you nuts?

Does your head ever feel like someone took a blender to your thoughts?

WHAT TO DO

Well, welcome to the club. I just described every single person I’ve ever known; including the man in the mirror.
So what to do about it? I can’t give you the answers, as I don’t know them, but I can give you four things that will always help.

1. Give it a day. Knee-jerk reactions are never good. Sleep on it, give it a day and see what you think.

2. Train. I don’t care what your issue is. Train. Hit the gym and hit it hard. Your state and the way you see the issue will change after you're done.

3. Have faith it will all be ok. We can’t control everything, but we can control knowing it will end up ok.

4. Don’t trust what you see and read. Trust those you really respect, you love and love you but when it REALLY matters trust your gut.

Sometimes to understand more you need to know less. In other words, get out of your own head
