Bench: 4 RM; work up in small increments and super set ALL sets with 10 push-ups. Once the 4 RM is established perform two additional sets of four at that weight.

Varied Height Lateral Walking Push-ups: Yes, I know that's a mouth full and you still have no idea what they are. Set two rows of variant box heights in no particular order parallel to each other. 20 in high; down to 16 inches; down to 12 inches, up to 24. Your hands go on one box and your feet on another of the same height. Each height gets a full push-up before laterally moving to the next. Once you have completed the four boxes moving in the right direction, you have to go back to the left doing a push-up again on each of the various heights until you are back to the original box. THAT is ONE rep! You need to do FOUR of them
