Run: 3.0 mile fartlek run (again) Yes I know, two days in a row is kind of hard on the old joints, BUT...the dog has to go out and it's a bit brisk to ask anyone else to do it.

Bike Commute: Again, it's 29 degrees and THAT is WAY TOO COLD for me, BUT...How can I give anyone a hard time about their machismo if I don't man the fuck up and do stupid shit myself? 28 mins

Ab Crunch: 75 reps

Box Squat: 12x12

RDL: 12x12

Bike Commute: 33 mins. My legs are tired

This workout is like sex. If you can walk alright the next day you didn't do it right!!!
