1. There are no secrets or magic tricks that replace the basics in training
  2. Comparing yourself to others doesn't do anyone any good.
  3. Your recovery is as important as your workout. Training means stress and restoration.
  4. Progress is greater than perfection. Focus on it!
  5. Training is a marathon, not a sprint! You can go hard or you can go long, but you can't go hard very long.

AirDyne: 10 mins legs only/ 10 mins arms and legs/ 10 mins arms only

Cycle: Commute (it wasn't raining)

Concept II Row: 6500 meters or 35 mins... whichever comes first (and it better not be the 35 mins)

Reverse Hyper: 3x10

Suspended Knees to Elbow: 3x10

Decline Sit-ups: 3x10

Side Ab Flex on the 45-degree back extension: 3x10 on each side

Ab Wheel: 3x10

DB Lateral Raise: 3x30

Y's: 3x30

T's: 3x30

Shrugs: 3x30

Cycle: Commute (yep, it was raining NOW!)
