I have been loading up for bear and bombarding my people with a variety of exercises to do.   Getting them into a LOT of different accessory stuff to balance the needs of the team.

Years ago I had an absolute genius of a training partner who would write my workouts and I his, and the less is more theory was infantile and pure.  Whenever either one of us would write down TWO or maybe THREE exercises you knew you were going to be handicapped for the next few days.

Therefore, today was such a day.

IN ORDER:

Prowler: 7 x 40 yards x 90 lb of weight

Low Box Squat w/ SSB Yoke Bar : 3 RM making sure to beat last weeks number

Pause Squat at the bottom: 8x13xBar only
