November is suicide prevention month.  My friend Tuesday Goldia, who is the wife of Teammate Zane Geeting included me in her quest to get out the information and DO something about Veteran Suicides.

Everyday 22 Vets commit suicide.  EVERY fucking DAY!!!  ONE is far too many.

So that my teams remember and spreads the word that we need to address this tragedy we will be doing not only the 22 push ups daily, I also added 22 in total chin over the bar Pull ups and/or chin ups.

 

 

Today's Training:

AirDyne: 23 minutes

Prowler: 10x40 yds

Dynamic Deadlifts: 20x1

Single Arm/Single Leg Reach: 5x5

GHR: 4x10

Pullups/ Chinups; 22 reps  Not each for 44 just pick and do.

Push Ups: 22 reps
