Technique Check on those push ups:

Head in the neutral position.

Hands directly under your shoulders

Shoulders/Hips/and ankle line up in a straight line

The body moves pivoting from the ankle

Root your hands like you would your feet in a squat or dead lift.

Tight Abs and Ass

Nothing left to do but move elbows and assholes.

There was a 57 minute cap on this.  I had one gal push it in 25:00 minutes.  Move'n!
