After a sleepless week and the time change, my body and mind "hit the wall" on Friday. Many people were inquiring as to how I was feeling, and I appreciate everyone's concern. It's nice knowing that many really do care, but I wasn't sick, no illness, no injury, no covid, no STDs, nothing but old fashion fatigue.
Every now and again, the plug needs to be pulled. I haven't had a day off in three years. No vacations, no rest. I needed a three-day weekend and it was GLORIOUS, and now I'm back!

Supermans: 3x10
Prone Scorpions: 3x10
3 pin Pull: 8x8x +10 lbs more than last week
Split Squat: 8x8x +5 lbs more in DB weight
Reverse Hyper: 3x15
Ab Wheel: 4x15
Bike: Commute 28 mins
Run: Sprints: 10x50 yards (later)
