AirDyne: Sprints; 10 mins steady to warm up. Then, 10x10/50s

Cycle: Commute; 27 mins

Concept II Row: 10 mins steady; 10x10/50s

Dynamic Bench: 10x3x + a little extra weight

Pin Press: 4x8x a lot. The last four to five inches is the range of motion. Considering I have a 9" ROM for the bench that means only about 4"-5"

DB Fly: 4x15

DB Supine Tricep Ext.: 4x15

Dips: 4x15

4-way Neck: 1x15x6.0

Cycle: Commute: 45 minutes because of a 27 mph headwind the entire way.
