  2. BB Curl
  3. DB Supine Tricep Extension
  4. DB Hammer Curl
  5. Dips
  6. Preacher Curl
  7. C/S Tricep Kick Back
  8. Reverse Grip Seated Curl
  9. Single Arm Cross Body Tricep Ext
  10. Concentration Curl

When you feel like dying, do 10 more. This will work if you work this.
