Dynamic Effort Bench Super Set w/ OHP: 15x3@50% done as fast as you can.  Took about 12 minutes.

 

DB Fly: 100 reps in as few sets as possible

DB LR: 100 reps in as few sets as possible

Push Ups: 200 reps...Yup in as few sets as possible

Dips: 100 reps again in as few sets as possible.
