Cycle: Commute; 22 mins

Forward Stepping Lunge: 100 consecutive reps on each leg

Dynamic Squat: 10x2 just like Monday's

Dynamic Deadlift: 10x1 just like Monday's

GHR: 4x10

Crunch: 125 reps

Cycle: Commute; 28 mins (I took the long way home)
