Most people run around every day in some sort of state of dehydration. Buddy Morris told me, "as little as a 1% reduction in hydration levels can result in as much as a 17% reduction in performance". Shoot...THAT'S almost a quarter of your performance.

When I look back at my own personal injury history, 95% of the hurt came from me being in a state of dehydration.

We need to be taking in half our body weight in ounces of water even when NOT training. Can you imagine what we need with any sort of intensity?

Now that we are getting into warmer weather, remember folks..."It's too late to drink if you are feeling thirsty".

Drink early, drink often!

Wet 'em down!
