Lat Pulldown: 4x10

DB Pullover: 4x12

Blast Strap Row: 200 reps in as few sets as possible

DB Curl: 3x8

Cable Rope Push Down: 3x10

DB Hammer Curl: 3x8

DB Supine Tricep Ext:3x10

Reverse Grip Curl: 3x8

Push-ups: 200 reps

Aside from the push-ups and blast strap rows, all exercises should be done negatively accentuated.
