I LOVE those days when all we are going to do is a balls-to-the-wall all-out effort. Max weight requires intensity for immensity. I mean if you are going to be timid and nice you will be done with this workout in about five minutes.

You have to reach down into that dark place to find "the hate", "the anger", "the RAGE" that many people simply can't find anymore.

I don't need a lot of science behind putting a shit-ton of weight in my hands and then moving it. Go Apeshit CRAZY and shove or pull weight for a matter of two to five seconds all out. Go primal! Go supra primal, because today we throw as much weight around as we physically can and then walk away empowered by it!

No prisoners if we kill them all!

C/S Row: 3 Rep Max. Go up in weight in smaller increments once you get close to the heavier weights.

Chin-ups: 3 Rep Max. Go up in small increments from the start

BB Curl: 3x5x ridiculously heavy

Dead Hang: 45 seconds
