Today was GLORIOUS! I remember when writing programs the more I would stick in the day's activity the less the positive outcomes would be.

I was riding my bike on the way in when the idea of making it a two to three exercise day and just have at it would be the most fun and effective.

Prowler: 10x80 yards with an additional 20 lbs added

Sprint: 10x40

Dynamic Squat: 10x2x60%

Bike: 29 mins.
