I hear often "I hate these...(name anything)". Well, the chances the reason you hate something is that you suck at doing them and thus, they are not that fun for you.

HOWEVER, if you DID them and got better at doing them, then they wouldn't be so awful anymore.

Really, the things you are bad at, only get good because you put the time and the sweat into learning and doing more of the old sucky thing. Yes, "UNsuckyourself" is a battle cry in my program.

Unsuck yourself means, DO THEM in spite of your suckiness as well as your misery.

Do you want to really piss people off? Change the bitter attitude into "I can't wait to do more of..." and mean it. Those other folks will think you've totally lost it and probably will steer clear of you. haha

Today's Training:

Bike: Commute: 30 mins

Prowler: 10x80yds.

Plate Pinch Carry: 10x80 yds holding two tens smooth side out in one hand and returning in the other.

Pull-ups: 100 reps in as few sets as possible

super set w/

Push-ups: 100 reps in as few sets as possible

Match whatever you did with the pull-up with the push-up on a per-set basis.
