AirDyne: 10 Tabata's 20-10-20

Concept II Row: 10x20/40

Sprints: 15x40 yards @75%

Ab Wheel: 5x10

Ab Crunch: 100 reps

Bike Commute: 27 mins

AND...Al, Carlos, and I cleaned the gym. Swabbed the deck AND put all the weights back on the rack and in their rightful place.
