I have to break the groups of people that train with me into smaller sub-groups in order to move things along without bottlenecking or to accommodate different people's special needs.

I do it mostly by height, and then by strength. Setting the rack for one height and then having to move J-hooks or spotting pins is a lot harder than moving up in smaller weight increments.

When I put people into these sub-groups, I understand that a few want to be with a certain training partner(s) but its not always feasible.

Feelings get hurt. (Imagine that?). But I don't care. I don't need to match someone with an injury with a beast of a person at the lift of the day to watch two competitive people injure the fuck out of each other.

Better to be pissed off than sidelined because of stupidity.

There are times when you bring the thunder, the key is not to get lost in the storm.

Throughout this session, 300 push-ups in total needed to be accomplished before calling it "Done". Best to superset them with EVERYTHING.

Incline DB Fly: 4x12

Incline: DB Press: 4x12

Cable Rope Push-down: 4x15

Ab Wheel: 4x12

Side Ab Flex: 4x12 on each side
