Incline "Hammer Strength" Bench: 4x15

Dynamic Bench: 10x3

Flat DB Fly: 4x15

"Stretcher" Push-ups: 3x30 Between two benches the chest and shoulders go down below them while you are in a pushup support position. When you press, only come up 1/3 of the way.

Tricep Pushdown: 3x15

1/4 Dips: 3x15

Pushup: 10

Pullup: 1

Dips: 10

Chin-up: 1

Dead Hang: 60 seconds

Crunch: 100 reps
