Never has anything worth a while been accomplished from a comfortable position. We have to become uncomfortable in order to do great things and that is where the issue is. MOST people don't like being uncomfortable. Once they feel the pain of anything they tend to pull the plug on the task.

I take a cold shower outside regardless of the ambient air temperature. It SUCKS when the wind blows and there is a chill. But I think it callouses the mind and THAT temperament is what helps in the other endeavors that suck.

When the first rep of a two-rep max seems to have taken the wind out of your sail, it's THAT mindset that gets you through the second rep.

Double Grinding.

It's that mindset that gets you through the 8, 9 and tenth Prowler push with 90 lbs added.

DB Fly: 2x40 yes, 40 and not too light

Push-ups: 150 reps in as few sets as possible

Cable Tricep Push Down: 3x15
