When I woke up this morning for some reason my mind focused on that question. First thing...

I wondered how all those New Year; New YOU people were actually dug in and hammering away at those big dreams? You all remember the rush at the gym come January, yea? How they faded some by the middle of February. Where are they today?

Most went back to their old slothful ways because being AWESOME was more than a bit inconvenient and it hurt just a little too much.

Then there are those few that said and still say it every morning, "Fuck it!" and now they are living a new life of Awesomeness.

If you made a resolution and fell off the wagon, the really cool thing is, you can get right back on it and ride it all the way in. FUCK IT! C'mon now...just say it and do it!
