At about 1:00 AM this morning, I couldn't get a Kenny Chesney song out of my head. I kept going over the lyrics, over and over, and over. I can't even tell you the name of the tune for my life.

So as I lay there wide awake, I decided to get shit done. Heck, I wasn't going back to sleep and I knew it. So here I am pedaling my bike towards the gym an hour earlier than usual.

I get through the Prowler pushing, the dynamic squats, GHR's, and ab work BEFORE my 4:30 AM gang arrival. I mean I am DONE as in DUN, but...now I'm getting tired and it isn't even 8:00 AM

So when this young lady comes in and is about to chat my ear off, (which now I'm kind of cranky) I come up with a GREAT new rule.

"No talking to me unless you are sweating".

She gives me a "but, I" to which I provide my famed and feared 1000 yard stare and pointed finger toward the door and the line..."Pidder padder, let's get at 'er. Off ya go!!!"

She came back drenched in sweat and now I could carry on a conversation between her panting breaths. hahahahaha
