After 6 weeks of "Fat Grip" training, we went back to the normal grip and stuck with the double overhand. EVERYONE hit bigger numbers and was PISSED when their grips finally failed them.

No one "gave in". Everyone had to fail in order to establish their new numbers for this cycle. Those that showed up gave it all they had for sure.
