Yep, I bought it. It was guaranteed to alleviate pain in the shoulder after 40 days of use.

There's a handle with a short wire "string" attached with four different weighted balls that you use each for ten days before moving up to the next heaviest.

There is also a "traction" to be worn at night while you sleep.

Because I never read the directions, I only did the smallest weighted ball and went through three various arm placements, forgetting to traction at night. So...being the bonehead that I am, I started over WITH the nightly traction.

Although I'm skeptical as all get out, after four days with the day/night treatments, I am finding some relief. (and I haven't even touched the next weighted ball)

I am sure there are other ways to fix what is going on, (NOT including the bone articulating on bone and making this really cool "POPPING" sound) but it's simple, quick, and progressive.

I'll continue with the entire program and see how efficient it really is, but so far, so good!

Do another rep, and shut up about it!
