If you have noticed over the past few sessions I have switched things up a bit. Instead of getting the main course first and then doing accessory and supplemental work, we have pre-exhausted the movement by doing accessory and supplemental work completed first.

Understand, we are not in a competitive mode where we need to have fresh muscle and perfect technique, all we want to do is get to a "maximal effort" rather quickly.

It's a lot tougher than previously thought. While the numbers are nothing to brag about, the training effect is just what the Doctor ordered.
