This morning's discussion topic while training with my training partners was the value of proper nutrition.

I explained how I thought a good protein intake was a nice big piece of steak instead of a shake. That turned into total calorie intake per day, which brought me to saying that we all know people who have it all dialed in and those are "fit fucks".

The ones who carry on slamming food into their mouths, regardless of how they look or those who are trying to "bulk" well, those people are still KINDA fit, but with the added storage of energy on their bodies (which they never seem to use), well, those people are Fit FAT Fucks.

You can I.D. them almost in EVERY gym!

Eat when you are NOT hungry and stop when you are full.
