You pick it up and it gives you positive, life-changing results, or you don't, and gives you NOTHING. The barbell doesn't care one way or another. It looks you right in the face and says, "This is going to be hard and it is going to take a lot of work, but the pay-off is going to be awesome. Take it or leave it"

In today's society, it's a lesson many need to learn. Life is a barbell! The opportunities are right there. You simply need to pick them up and start GRINDING.

Max Effort Squat: 2 rep max (I personally was tearing it up, until that "POP" and the searing pain set in. I have ice on it right now, so I'm good!)

Hack Squat: 2 rep max

Cycle (This was a challenge)

Run: Warm-up; Sprint 5x100 (Kinda hard to do today)
