I would consistently place this total metabolic workout on a Wed. Unfortunately, since it's all Cardiovascular in nature, EVERYONE hated it! People would hate it to the extent that they would "cherry-pick" the workout and I noticed a decline in attendance on Wednesdays.

How do you outsmart the really smart? Simple! Randomly make any day I choose to "Pop" someone's heart. Today was that day!

I will admit, that it is a lot of fun to see the depression in the faces of those who despise this type of exercise. However, the endorphins are cranking when it's over, and I can't shut these folks down.

I was going to suggest that these people go out to breakfast, extend it to lunch, and since it's Friday...Start the weekend!
