Carlos has been training with me for a little over a year. Because of his vocation, he had lost a lung from years of exposure.

When we get to our conditioning portion, Carlos doesn't shy away, but we need to keep tabs on him because he is a hard-charging nut case that sometimes goes a little overboard.

Anyway, Carlos goes "M.I.A." three weeks ago. Why? He has a reaction to the dye that was given to him for his scheduled checkup and MRI.

What kind of reaction? How about he died! Yup, his freak'n heart stopped not once, but TWICE. (Can you say malpractice suit, maybe?)

Anyway, his concern after being brought back to life was how quickly he could come back to the gym. "What the heck, man???"

He's not a timid soul, nor am I.

He's back under the strict guidelines that I set for him. He doesn't even BLINK without me knowing how and what he feels.

Like I said in a Social Media post yesterday. I treat EVERYONE the same. Horribly.

Nah...Love this guy, but he makes no moves without me knowing.
