Below is a note I have kept on my phone for over ten years now. It is a letter from the Mother of the first Make-A-Wish Child "WE" donated to help.  For more than a decade now Elitefts.com Inc has contributed to providing and granting more than 50 wishes.

Here are some little know facts about this:

* More than four months were spent seeking out a charity that shared the same values, had a local branch and people we wanted to work with that also cared about what we do. Passing on is a large part of the Aim of elitefts.

Live. Learn, Pass on...

We were not looking for a charity to give money to but a someone we could partner with for years. I can't believe it's been over a decade and one of the best decisions we've ever made.

* This started with an idea to sell an eBook and give all the money to the charity. Not, a percentage of the proceeds but all of it. I didn't know how rare of a thing this was until we did it.

* We have done this every year but one year missed our goal. I wasn't happy about this at all and making up the difference with a company donation wasn't good enough for me because this is not what this was about. The reason I wrote "WE" earlier in this letter is this is about more than just those who write the books and the foundation. "WE" is it takes a total team effort from all staff, outside team members, contractors, associates, suppliers and those who support elitefts as customers. This effort touches and needs everyone associated with the elitefts ecosystem to work.

The solution to this deficit was the very first Learn to Train Seminar hosted in a cold gym, with myself and two staff members. The goal was to teach lifters who to become better with their training and how to squat, bench and deadlift with all the money generated donated to MAW. That was the first of 8 LTT Seminars.

* In 2014 Elitefts was honored to receive the Make-A-Wish Strength Award for Outstanding Contribution in a Region.

* The Elitefts.com Staff and team now help Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana in various ways throughout the year, every year.

We still ring out every year with The Make-A-Wish eBook offer. I would say this has become a tradition.

This year we are taking every book published by elitefts and will donate every cent generated to Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. We have loaded 41 titles to select from and currently have them on sale for a low as $2.33..

because every dollar matters.

We will keep this drive going (although the e-book process will not stay on sale) until Dec 31st, 2016.

Take a look at the books and please help us support this cause.

We have added some of our very first e-books back into the lineup for this push. There is something for everyone including ALL the Programs that Work Manuals.

Here is the letter I keep on my phone at all times.

Crazy Love Created By Passing On:

“When your baby is diagnosed with cancer – life changes. Suddenly you are confronted with the possibility that they won’t have ‘the rest of their lives’ to live out their hopes and dreams. You hope and you pray that they will, but you are also confronted with the frailty of life in a very real way. This is a rambling way of getting to my main point — how in the world do I thank someone who gives her something that I couldn’t? I mean, if she wanted a webkinz, I could and did get that for her. If she wanted pickles (or anything else for that matter!) at 11:30 p.m. in the hospital, her dad could and did do that. But for “Make-A Wish” to give her the opportunity to think of one thing she would love to do in her lifetime, and for elitefts™ to offer such a huge donation to make that happen… there just are no words to fully express the gratitude I have for them all. That is crazy love… I can’t think of another way to describe it. Every one of them has a special place in my heart. I will never forget their kindness to a little girl they had not even met when they agreed to give so generously.”
