since I was working with my training partner, Al, I just held the dumbbells in extension while he did his set. That made it harder than expected. Fun, but hard.
I also told him to "Hard Stop" at the 60 min. mark. I had two more exercises planned, but the hour whizzed by and we didn't hustle enough.
That was it!
Bike commute home. Nothing big, just a wet and cooler ride. Nothing Gortex can't make easy.
Here is my take on important vs. urgent:
Important means less problems in the future
Urgent means A PROBLEM in the future
