After the weekend the first five days are the hardest.  I put my shorts on the same way everyone else does too...Reluctantly.

Dead Lift: 4 rep max  Beat last week

Straight legged Dead Lift: 40 reps

Back Extension: 40 reps

Lat Pull Down 40 reps

Bent Over Barbell Row: 40 reps

Reverse Hyper

Sprint 10x40@50%

Keep all the weight the same as last week but instead of 30 reps you have a total of 4 sets to do FORTY.

Bike Commute: 17 minutes  (?)
