And ...we are BACK!

It was a "soft opening" but it was a start.  The restrictions were we had to be six feet apart.  We were!  Sanitation stations per square foot...done!  Training to be done outside.  We have a large paddock area, so that was complete.

Smiles on faces?  Priceless.

Early AirDyne: 20 minutes

Dead Lifts  (Explosive)  10x2

Shrugs: 3x12x Heavy

Kettle Bell Swings: 3x12

45 degree back extensions: 3x12

GHR: 3x12

Bike Commute: 20 minutes

Sprints: 12x50 yards @75%

It's good to be back!
