For the first time ever, I got a flu shot this year.  Yep, had a bout of the flu last year that kept me home from a Denver "Road Trip" to watch my son play hockey and my family left me face down in a pillow feeling as if death would be easier.  Until they came home the very next day with it as well, then i needed to Cowboy Up!

When CostCo offered it this year, and my insurance PAYS for it, well, make the appointment, run through the store, buy groceries, get jacked up, then pay all in less than an hour, COUNT ME IN!

So here I am typing out this post with a bout of the inoculated fucking FLU.  (or so I self diagnosed)  I won't go into the gory details of the stuff that is coming out of my nose and lungs when I cough, but I will tell you that THIS is the first time in a forever amount of time that I had my wife "text" message everyone that I train and told them of the plan for today!  Good thing I have an intern that has trained with me for YEARS to help out.

Anyway, I am scrolling through the pages on Social Media and seems to me that EVERYONE is ANGRY over EVERYTHING!

How can that be?  Is the world going to such crap at an accelerated pace that we are now all caught up in the vogue thing to do and that's to be PISSED OFF?

I'm a solution oriented guy.  I don't like to complain about things (Rule #67) unless there is a resolve.  Then it's not bitching, its identifying an issue to be addressed.

How about a few off the top of my head:

Anger Issue:You don't like how a person lifts

Solution: They aren't paying you for coaching, move on

Anger Issue: Any sort of Politics

Solution: Vote differently next time around then move on.

Anger Issue: There are no good men/women

Solution: Go somewhere different to meet new people. There are 7.6 BILLION people, how many "friends" do you have on Social Media?  Get off the internet and go meet some of these folks.  Now move on.

Anger Issue:  Anything at all

Solution: If it doesn't compel you to MOVE then stop the breach of Rule #67  MOVE ON!

No one can tell you to stop being angry.  You can be, but there is absolutely no reason to be cruel.

I always look for the comedic humor value in EVERY (yes, even at funerals) situation.  I don't have to be cruel even there at the funeral, but if you open yourself up to possibilities and let go of your too sensitive side...really are you that sensitive that EVERYTHING hurts?

You choose.  I'm going to be over here having some chicken soup fun if you want to get over your anger and join me!

Today's Training:

I didn't!  and that's MY anger issue so it's time for me to MOVE ON!
