Another Mountain Dog Leg Day - This Was A Brutal One!

This is when things started to get hard... and just progressed harder from here. This was a hellish session. This training session began with...

1) seated leg curls for 6 sets of whatever. Then progressed to...

2) Yoke Bar Squats with Chains up to a top set of 6-10 followed with a strip set.

3) Leg Presses for what is called an Up - Set. Weight is added every 5-6 reps until you can't do another set.

4) leg extensions with a ton of partials after each set. I am going to guess and say six sets of whatever. The last movement was...

5) deadlifts with chains until death.
We started to see fewer and fewer training partners after the effort got kicked up to this level and beyond.
