There have been a few things that already have surfaced that would normally make me a little cranky.  Since being "REFRESHED"  I take those things and remove their only power over me and don't pay them any attention  so much.

 

Today's Training:

Bench: 6 rep find your heaviest at a PRE of 7 ish

Incline DB Press: 30 reps

Men: 65

Women: 25

 

Elevated Push ups:

Three boxes of varying height. Do one push up every time you move a hand an foot.   30 reps

Tricep Cable Pushdown: 30 reps

Men: 120 lbs

Women: 60 lbs

 

Skull Crushers: 30 reps

Men@ 75 pounds

Women: @ 30 pounds

Barbell Curl: 30 reps

Men: 75 lbs

Women: 35 pounds

Concentration Curl: 30 reps

Men: 35 pounds

Women: 15 pounds

 

Sprints: 10x60 yards @50%

I didn't hear ONE complaint about "not being able to run"  which I found refreshing.  I wasn't looking for world class sprinters, I was looking for EFFORT and a WILLINGNESS to run.

 

Bike Commute: 20 minutes.
