I've been waking my son, Hunter up in the morning so he can go with me to the gym before school.

I like to subtly wake him instead of ROUSTING which would totally suck.

I lean down and whisper in his ear..."Champions are made before the sun comes up."  To which he will then hop out of bed and ask..."What are we doing today?"

When I told him we had 500 pull ups and push ups he didn't bat an eye.

Some oatmeal, and an egg for his PRE workout and off we went in the early morning.

He worked right along side of some of my best adults.  He chirped and smack talked just enough to stay with them.

First to the 500 mark, he wrote it on the board so that anyone complaining about it, would have to answer to HIM.

Rule #67 means..."No Complaining"

Jason, on the other hand is a High school football coach whose handwriting skills matched my 9 year olds after punishing himself to the 5 HUNDO mark.  hahahahahaha
