Trained back with Randy Howard at Strength Beyond in Kalamazoo.
It's been crazy busy lately--the kind of busy that isn't even fun anymore.  lol
Our big project at my "day job" has started the official builds...which means we've started testing.
I'm the proof-of-concept lead on a new sensor--which means I'll be involved with testing that on each of the different transmission builds and I'll be testing I-brake, range shift performance, noise, deflection, and enclosure strength on my specific transmission...along with all the seal and gasket reliability work I've been on...so it's going to be a crazy summer work.

On top of that, Troponin Nutrition has been crazy busy (can't complain about that though).  I have a good half dozen people competing each weekend for the next month straight and I started a "Members Only" section on my website as well.
*If anyone is interested, it's $9.99 a month to get access to the members only page where I'll discuss various dieting and training strategies (there's a section on bringing up weak hamstrings right now) as well as address specific questions from members.
You can sign up here: http://www.troponinnutrition.com/#!store/c1wem and then I'll approve your membership after your first sign in attempt to the members only page.

I also have two business projects that will be taking off this summer.  One of them is a supplement line in the Dominican Republic (hopefully I'll be taking a "work" vacation down there in June to promote the line) and the other is a bodybuilding multi-media site called "Graphic Muscle" that will launch in June.
I'll be sure to let everyone know more about Graphic Muscle as we get closer to launch.

Now...to the workout.

Recap:
Nothing too crazy in the workout today.   This whole week is planned as a deload week before we start another heavy training cycle next week.

I also want to thank EliteFTS for putting up the video we did on my "Powerbuilding" training philosophy: https://www.elitefts.com/education/training/bodybuilding/watch-the-justin-harris-training-philosophy/

As lame as it is to get pumped up from watching your own videos (I'm technically a bodybuilder so I'm supposed to like watching myself...), the way they overlaid the music with my final words about
"that feels" you get from a heavy set of squats got me fired up to train tonight.
