I felt really good warming up on deadlifts.  I've been doing most of my deadlifts without a belt, but put on one at 495lbs and then wore it again at 585lb.   For some reason it just wasn't working for me and was pulling me out of my groove.
I had planned on pulling 585lb for a tiple but got pulled way out of my groove on the first rep and actually thought I tore my bicep for a minute.  It's a little sore today but hasn't bruised up so I think it's okay.
My strength has been all over the place on deadlifts lately and I'm not sure why.  I'm a LONG way from where I used to be strength wise, but I pulled 635lb pretty easy about a month ago and I hit 495lb for 10 also pretty easy about 3 weeks ago--so 585lb for a triple today should have been no problem at all.

I'm still struggling on what to do with my training.  I'm not someone who's very good at just training for fun.  I need to be working towards some kind of goal (either getting as huge as possible for bbing or as strong as possible for PLing), and when I don't have that I kind of bounce around with my training (which is what I'm doing right now).
