Today's Training:

Dynamic Bench: 12x3@55%

OHP: 12x3@55%

Chest Fly: 100 reps with escalating weight every time you need to separate the reps into sets.

I did all 100 reps with 40 pounds.

 

Push Ups: 200 reps in as few sets as possible.  (four for me)

Dips: 100 reps in as few sets as possible (2 for me)
