Nothing is as helpful as when a person is confident in their abilities.  How do you get there?  Easy, you have to fail a few times to find out what it is that you are good at.

I have said that a person with experience is never at the mercy of anyone with a theory.  I have failed so many times I know without the shadow of doubt what works and what doesn't.  You can't be afraid or procrastinate if you want to become more confident.

I'm at a point right now that I teach others that we say, "Fuck you.  I'm the baddest ass on the planet.  I am the shit, without verbalizing it.

It's done with a "look", a smile, the way we carry ourselves that says it all.  But...you need to experience things in order to get there.
