My son and I were going to go to Boston to play in a hockey tournament with a AAA team from Michigan.  It would be a good chance for the coach to see if he was good enough to play for him in the upcoming year.

We were all set, we were IN THE PROCESS of purchasing airline tickets and getting a hotel room when the tournament director emailed me and said that the Chowder Cup had been cancelled due to the virus.

FAK!  I could see the disappointment on Hunter's face and clearly...I am too.  It would have been fun, and a great way to test his metal.

I came across this quote and gave it to him hoping it would help.  It has for me...

"Everything will work out in the end, you don't need to know how, you just need to know it will.

Never let a bad situations  bring out the worst in you.

Be Strong and CHOOSE to be positive!"
