Today's Training:

Dynamic Box Squat: 12x3

Paused Stabilizing Squat:

Do five reps at 1/2 the D.E. wt.  then pause at the TOP for a five count.

Do five more reps

Pause again for a five count and then do five MORE reps.  Each set is 15 reps x 5 sets

GHR: 3x12

Calf Raise: 2x100

We still can't breath for proper and healthy conditioning work due to the fires, so I sent everyone home, with no relief in sight
