Entering the NEXT phase of training on my yearly plan keeps things fresh and upwardly active.

Today is Memorial Day and I do NOT open my gym for a workout.  That's not to say people don't get inside and do their own thing.  What people do on their own is not my plan, but hey, who am I to say "no"?

I digress.  At the end of the year, I look at the pros and the cons that have happened over that year.  I look at what the population needs and what I can do to offer it.  For instance, while I thought the Conditioning element was being handle on each and every participants own, it wasn't.  I therefore put it in and made it a part of the day's activity.  Get this, I never added it while taking away anything.  In other words, I didn't say you had to condition for 20 minutes and I'll charge you for me standing there watching you be a rat on a hamster wheel...NOPE, I added it to the session.  If a session took you longer than an hour, then I expected you to stay longer and complete the day's objective.  If you had to leave because you needed to get to class or work???  So be it!  I berated you for wasting time!

When people tell others that I don't train the "Cardio" (you know how I feel when Jackasses call it that...) and they should stay doing what they are doing...(current inferior program) I say, Shut your mouth and know your role.  You don't know my program!!!

Rut-roh, better take more medication.  Getting Amp'd up ......

It's been six months and I will say this...Injuries=1 (false grip bench that I don't teach) Condition levels= improved in 100% of participants, AND...Sexier and smarter people 100% in 100% of the population that I train.

Here we are...1/2 the year and it's BEACH season.  How many still have their "COUCH season" bodies?

Our transition began this past Thursday.  If you haven't gotten the BASE, then jump right in NOW!

It's painful.

It's challenging.

It will work if you are willing to work it!

Now enjoy that last barley hop cocktail.  Why?  Because if you want to get rid of that beer belly, you need to get rid of the beer, Einstein!

The next six months should be fun.
