To them I say, "that is a weakness that you must overcome".

 

Today's Training:

AirDyne: 30 minutes

3 Rep Floor Press

from the bottom UP.

Get to a PRE = 8

Add a little bit more and push one rep

 

Chain Supine Tricep Extension: 5x10

Incline DB Chest Press:

Work up in reps of five until you get to a PRE=8  Don't drop them on your face

Barbell Curl: 5x10

Shrugs: 4x10x425

Bike Commute: 30 minutes (into the wind always makes it harder)

Run:

Sprints: 10x50 yards @75%
